Rajiha is a skilled home baker and entrepreneur with more than five years of experience running a successful home-based baking business, originally founded in Lebanon in 2021. As a mother of three, she balanced family life with creativity, discipline, and a deep love for handmade desserts.

Her business quickly earned a loyal customer base thanks to her high-quality custom cakes, pastries, and traditional sweets — all crafted with care and delivered with exceptional service.

When war forced her family to leave Lebanon, she carried with her not only her recipes and techniques, but also years of experience in small business operations, customer care, and product quality management.

Now rebuilding her business in Australia, Rajiha is applying her skills within a new community and regulatory environment. She is committed to meeting Australian food safety standards and creating a sustainable home-based bakery that reflects her values, quality, reliability, and heartfelt service.

Her vision is to serve her local community with beautiful, handcrafted desserts and, over time, grow into a small commercial production model that continues to celebrate culture, family, and the joy of sharing sweet moments.
